Kansas has been demolishing everyone, and may be the best team in the country right now. But they haven't beaten a team that I have in the top 25. They play @Mizzou on Saturday; if they win that one easily, I might have to move them up.I don't think we'll know how good Memphis really is until March. They've got all these big names on their non-con schedule (Oklahoma, UConn, USC, Georgetown, Arizona, Gonzaga, Tennessee), but none of those are true road games. The Gonzaga game is a week from Saturday, so that will be interesting.
Who is the 5th best team in the country? I have no idea. Tennessee? Duke? Marquette?
Arizona went 1-3 without Bayless, dropping out of the poll. He's now back, and scored 33 @Houston on Saturday. The Wildcats visit Stanford and Cal this week. If they win those two, they'll certainly be back in the poll.
The last five are impossible to rank every week. ASU hasn't played a Pac-10 road game yet. They're obviously playing the same teams as Arizona this week, so that should be interesting.

I'm intrigued that you have Drake above Georgetown. The Bulldogs are a pretty underrated group, but they haven't notched a "wow" victory yet. I definitely think they are a top-25 team at this stage, but #15 is pretty high. The Missouri Valley is always a solid conference, but we don't know much about its strength this year, especially with Southern Illinois struggling.
Georgetown plays in the Big East, and its two losses are to the #1 and #18 teams on your list, both on the road. The Hoyas are struggling right now, but I certainly don't think Drake has done anything that is more impressive than what the Hoyas have done.
Aside from making the Final Four last year, Georgetown has not done *anything*. They beat UConn at home, and Alabama on the road. That's not good enough. If they hadn't been ranked so high to start the season, they wouldn't be ranked at all right now.
