Not quite as thorough as your list, but hopefully not bad for a first attempt.
Bobby- I actually found your site the other day, and saw your list when I was finishing mine up. Good stuff.
The more I read about Blyleven, the more it becomes obvious he deserves enshrinement and an apology from all those that have voted against him over the years.
