This is possibly the worst post in the history of blogs. I have a #1 team that is probably the sixth best team in the country, and don't have time to write anything else because I have two exams tomorrow. The Cubs' poll is up, at least (I accidentally typed the Under number as 87.6, but I guess it doesn't really matter). The Boston under won, 37-27 (57%).I will try to do better tomorrow.

Man, is the Big East conference tournament gonna be fun. There are five teams tightly bunched in terms of talent and potential already. Then throw in some frisky teams like Pitt, WVU, 'Nova and 'Cuse, and we've got the potential for an extremely riveting conference tournament.
Any place posting odds on winning conference championships yet?
Wow, I did not realize that those five are all bunched up 10-17. If I had to rank them, based on talent rather than resume, I think I'd go Louisville, Georgetown, Marquette, Notre Dame, UConn. Probably some separation between 2 and 3, but not much other than that.
I am going to try to get to at least one day of the tourney, since I'm gonna be home that week. I've been told Thursday is a "madhouse", so that sounds like fun.
I do not think any conference tourney odds will be posted before the regular season is over. Those are a lot of fun, though.
Having gone to all the games on both Wednesday and Thursday last year, I can say that the afternoon sessions leave a lot to be desired, but at night the garden really can go crazy for the right game
