They took a 71-91 team and replaced its best position player with a guy coming off a career year who’s had two above-average seasons in his life. For $60 million. Good luck with that.

I still think UConn is the best team in the Big East. They can't lose, and they haven't even had their best scorer for the entire winning streak. They lose to Gtown on a Hibbert three pointer at the buzzer. They're the best team this year, and if they all come back next year they should be the favorites for the national title.

Taliek- You may be right. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll find out for awhile, since they don't play in the regular season. Maybe at MSG a few Saturdays from now, though.
Odoh- Yes.
UConn did play Louisville in the regular season, two games after UConn suspended its players; UConn won. That was the start of Louisville's turnaround though, they've only become better since.
