There's a reason most people can't beat sportsbooks, and it has everything to do with a fundamental misunderstanding of how value and price are determined. VW has some really good insight. Too bad you guys are going to miss it.
I'd ask you to stop writing articles here, for fear that Squareville might slowly turn into EdgeCity, but everyone's going to be too stubborn to back Zito no matter how often you explain the nature of economic value.

The articles are very good, but I share the same concern as mjolnir: do we really want to teach all those guys how to gamble? We've won 2 in a row betting on Zito at +151 and +192, which is only possible because of the SPIDER817s of the world. Keep up the good work - Most of those guys will never learn no matter how hard you try.

It's a legitimate question, but my answer, at least at this point, is that we couldn't teach "those guys" how to gamble if we tried. Most people are beyond hopeless.
Mjolnir- I think he might already be doing that. If you look at his Covers profile (link below), he has only been a member since May 2008, and the only comment he's ever left is on my article.
