As I briefly mentioned before, I'd like to extend the Guessing the Seeds contest to make it a little more complex. About five weeks ago, 70 of us submitted entries with the sixteen teams we thought would receive the top four seeds in the NCAA tournament on Selection Sunday, and assigned a seed (1-4) to each of them. You didn't know it at the time (neither did I), but that was just the first segment of the contest. The second (of four) is this week.
If you were one of the 70 original entrants, please go through that same exercise once again (details are here if you don't remember, and everyone's round one picks are here). Send your picks, with the same entry name as last time, to vegaswatch@gmail.com by noon EST on Saturday, January 9.
The scoring will be 6-5-4-3 for each of the four seeds, same as last last time. However, since it is more difficult to project the field in early December than early January, the four segments of the contest will be weighted at the end (100% for December, 75% for January, 50% for February, 25% for March). That will get rather complicated (and is also negotiable if you have suggestions), but shouldn't really effect how you make your picks.

Can I start an entry from round 2 if I missed it the 1st time around?
You have almost no chance of winning, but as long as you're cool with that I don't see why not.
