Guessing the Seeds 2011: Part Two

Needless to say, I expect our picks to be a lot different this time around. This may be the highest scoring round of the contest, since the 6-5-4-3 weights are still 75%, and we have a much better idea of how good teams actually are. Remember, everyone is eligible to participate (it's free, winner receives $200), but it would be quite difficult to win with a 0 for round one.
