I wonder if you factored in James Beatty, a JUCO pg out of Miami-Dade, who will most likely start for Rutgers next season. If he lives up to his billing as an assist-oriented guard, he may get more shot opportunities to Echinique (and a few fewer to Rosario), thus providing better balance to the Rutgers offense. I am a Villanova fan, but agree that the conference race should be touch and go through January and February.<br />Again, a great job.

These rankings must have been done before Cadougan...

These rankings must have been done before Cadougan got hurt, because with him out I dont see how they could be in the top 12 much less 8th. Also I think the Syracuse backcourt problems aren&#39;t as big a deal with the zone. Triche and Scoop will split the point and they should be fine. James Southerland did a post-grad year and is now part of this recruiting class and combined with Kris Joseph will play the 2, which would be a mess for a man-to-man team, but their length at the top of the zone will be an asset and both can shoot the three (Sutherland 5/6 in the 2 preseason games). I&#39;d be pretty surprised if the don&#39;t finish in the 4-7 range along with Georgetown, Louisville, and Cincy.
